Bought a BMW last week from Car Select. One of the agreement terms was to replace the front tyres, on collection these were not replaced as they were "within the legal tread requirement". They did not carry out the valet as stated on the purchase order and I even had shards of glass in the car from where the windsreen had been replaced. They have since replaced the tyres, after I pointed out that it was stated on the PO, but now the service light has come on after they apparantly serviced it! They refuse to take responsibility and have told me to take it to BMW - at my expense! Dreadful company!
