I am a missionary who works in Asia. Travel alots. First time got AA airlines on July 8/2009 and found it was the WORSE airline that I have ever experienced. If the staffs haven't been well trained to deal with customers gently, AA will loose many travellers even their prices sometimes cheaper than other airlines. Never take again and never recommend to a friend!
