Staff at bathstore were very helpful in getting the info i required on certain items and getting the items ordered. I made payment and left the shop with a receipt and a list of items which had been ordered. They told me the bathroom suite would be delivered the following Tuesday and I would get a phone call the day before stating a 3 hour time slot for delivery. On the Saturday I had a phone call saying the mirror was out of stock and could I wait till Thursday. I said yeah that's fine. Monday had no phone call for time slot. Tuesday suite didn't turn up. I phoned the store and they said they we'll look into it and can we phone you back in 5 mins. Yes I said but phone me on my land line number. I got a phone call back on my mobile and he said the bathroom suite hadn't even been ordered. And the mirror was out of stock for 2 months.
