B & Q Kitchen....DON'T DO IT!
Really don't.....I don't have a spare week to detail the ongoing appalling customer service and inferior product shambles that our B&Q Kitchen experience has been. Put it this way,it got so bad after being fitted last year we wrote a letter of complaint to the Managing Director and got a "refund" of £1500 and a bundle of excuses and how they were improving customer experience etc. Lo and behold we have another fault this year and the service is just as bad...a month down the line waiting for the calls that never come....just sharpening my pencil for the next letter! Trust me STAY AWAY!!!
