my dog has been insured with E&L Pet Insurance for several years. Minor claims, no more than a £xxx over the years. He is now 8 and they have refused insurance because of his age but quoted for their other insurance company fr older pets. New policy has excess of £75 plus 35% of the remainder of the bill. Will not be using them again.
