Second time I have used 353 Car Rental this year - a few issues both times but generally happy - did try to charge for an upgrade which I had not asked for, when I queried this they refunded immediately. I take the precaution of noting any marks on the car and getting them to sign the paper before I leave the airport. First hiring time policy was to return full which is easy, second time requirement was empty - difficult to achieve so lost about 50 euros. One of the children left a nintendo DS in the car but that disappeared and while staff were polite when I contacted them they offered no help saying it was not covered by the insurance policy. Car hire in Ireland is just too expensive!
