Ordered a Pax wardrobe from Ikea on line as it was too big to fit in the car & saved the hastle of a long round trip to buy in store & then arrange home delivery. Seemed a good idea at the time. The credit card payment was taken but 2 days later on Bank Holiday Monday I received a telephone call to say that the wardrobe was not available for home delivery online. I could however still have the hanging rail & shelf delivered for £35 - I cancelled the whole order. I fail to understand the business sense in having an inaccurate ordering system & a large item not being available to order online. An altogether negative experience!!
