Dell has allways put out good products. and they are allways willing to help you all they can. They do not care if they khow thwe answer to your questin or not they will find the answer and let you know or they will send someone to you who will fix the problem. I like it because it is easy to use and it is ligkt weight and you have everything you need right at your fingertips.My Granddaughter who is five can use my Dell Latitude laptop computer without ant problem Thats why I like dell products because a five year old can use it without help from anyone.
