I was with Supanet for 6 years..and now finally rid of them. I upgraded my service to 'unlimited download,8 mbps,and all the other stuff for 14.99 p/m.. when they were doing the upgrade i was actually off line for 1 month, So called customer services had not a clue and had no experience what so ever. Supanet were blaming BT and vice versa, though in that month i ran up a phone bill of around £150 calling them on the premium rate number..+ i still paid for that month. Eventually spoke with someone who was more than likely doing the crossword while I was trying to speak to him.. I became very irate through frustration and threatend them with trading standards if i was not online within 2 hours. I was then back online within the hour!!!!!! with that, i was only getting 2.5 to 3mb's 95% of the time took several mins to load if at all.. this does not inlude all the other stories about my expriences with them!! I have suffered pretty much the same as others, so it was time to leave. They are demanding the cancel fee plust the 'FREE' modem back even though like them it failed! Going to contest it. My parents also had the same product and was recieving a staggering 1mb out of 8! They also said goodbye to supanet..
