I am a Kitchen fitter/carpenter asked to fit 4 kitchens supplied by Rock steady kitchens. Apart from wrong size cupboards, missing parts, incorect fittings etc, their customer service dept(if you get a reply) are rude and unhelpful. This is a company that should be avoided at all cost. Trading standards have been informed, and we will be taking their advice and and going to the county small claims court, and take out a private prosecution as this would appear to be the only way to redress.
