We have been to Centre Parcs on a number of occaisions but we were very disapointed with Elveden as it appears they have not kept up with the general maintenance. The Comfort Plus villa had many faults, as did the Subtropical paradise with lots of things not working (two out of 12 hairdryers working). Starbucks seems to have a concession there but the quality of the coffee was abysmal, as was the service.
We will not be going back to centre parcs again as these many problems spoilt the holiday. Some of the problems, such as the flooring of the subtropical paradise, were potentially dangerous with lots of raised edges for people to catch their feet on.
