I placed my order with Chemist Direct and received the goods in a reasonable time. However, out of twelve items there were three different problems. A bottle of talc was open in the package and covered everything else, one item had contents missing and the third item was TWO YEARS out of Use By date!
CD customer service apologised and promised to send replacements. Then nothing for a week. Another email and another apology with an assurance that the replacements would be dispatched immediately. Another week and no replacements. Now they've stopped replying to my emails. This is a real shame, because the parts they got right were excellent. If only they actually cared about the customers and not just the money.
I wish I'd known about their poor customer service before ordering.
