I've been on Weight to Go now for over 3 months and have losty an amazing 3 stone. Having tried some others on the market - it's nice to be able to eat surprisingly tasty meals and soups, whilst also having fruit and veg on top. I've been able to fit into a bikini for my holiday this year - 1st time for everything. I would recomend it if you have been unlucky on others :)
