I have never written a review before, but the service from Economycarrentals was so shocking I had to write in. We rented a car a week in advance of our holiday in Sardinia, and the confirmation still had not come through on the day of our flight. We phoned numerous times to be told they would call back, which they never did. We were forced to book last minute with Hertz at a much higher price. When I asked to speak to Economy car rentals manager I was told he/she wouldnt speak to me - I have honestly never dealt with ruder staff in my whole life - that's not an exaggeration!
