i bought my mom an eternity ring from H Samuels for her 80th birthday - after only a few weeks a stone fell out - then a few months later a few more stones fell out - this was not a good sign, i asked for my money back but they said no as it was in a sale. we had it repaired again and it happened again one of the shop assistants said that she shouldnt be wearing it all the time and that she had probably bashed it against the wall as if she is an 82 yr old come on!! - we had it repaired again and it was quoted as £27.00 when i went to pick up the ring it had gone up to £39.00!!!!! so i left it there - still awaiting a response which i was promised over two weeks ago!!
