The customer services are extremely rude. I rang to make a complaint about a parcel delivery and was told that they get alot of very similar complaints and that this must mean that customers either lie or are mistaken. The operator then hung up on me. Does Royal mail not operate a 'customer is always right' policy? To assume that because they get many complaints of the same kind from all over the country means that customers spend their money to call them and make up such stories is completely illogical and unnacceptable.
