Recently hired a car from Europcar. at Alicante airport
Kia Picanto, ordered a Citroen c2.
Had to sign for car unseen.
Every panel damaged including roof, many not shown on hire form.
Aircon ineffective and poor performance from car if used.
Charged 49 euros for tank of fuel, tank is 32 litres when drained plus 16 euros for refuelling.
Max charge should be 30' not 49'
Not mentioned when booking. Tried to sell me insurance against 540 euro excess.
Finally they charged my card in pounds at a lower exchange rate than I normally get on my card instead of euros.
