My flights have always left on time with Virgin and they also offer the only value for money return to Washington DC from London. My first trip i was recovering from major surgery and they could not have done more for me. Constant checks, specialized food and comfortable seating, their wheelchair gate assistance was also great and a big help. I wouldn't fly with anyone else now to DC and i also use their USA internal flights to LA as well, i respect them that much. I understand everyone has different experiences but i can honestly say, with the rose tinted glasses off- i have never had a problem and i have always been treated well. I last returned on the night of the inaugration and there was 10 free seats in first class so they did a ticket draw and i got upgraded. They always seem to do that on that route if the flight is quiet!
