Our car was parked as recommended by Purple Parking staff. We were asked to leave key in ignition. On return from holiday our car was moved to another place and left unlocked with its driver window down for five weeks. As a result the exterior and interior was covered in dust, radio stations were reprogrammed, music CD's gone and SAT NAV system missing from the boot. The bus driver told us to exit the bus in the middle of the car park with 2 children aged 3 and 5, tree large cases and several 4 hand luggage, we were then told to make our own way back to reception due to our car not being there.
