Lighterlife was great to experience being thin for once in my life, BUT the after effects are more damaging. Reality = rapid weight gain when started eating normal food, chronic problems with pain in my digestive system, overactive bowel movemements. And this is 2 years after ditching the diet.
To anyone wanting to enrol in Lighterlife please consider the reatilty Save your money....
After asking around I have found that my experiences of problems after Lighterlife is quite common, I have failed to meet anyone with a postive thing to say about this diet after completing it.
