Scottish Power is the worst company i have EVER had dealings with!!!
i ended up with a bill for £780 when i saked to see why i had such a BIG bill they said the direct debits was not covering the account??
how is this so when i sent them a meter reading through every 2 months!!!
i got passed from department to department and then to this so called manager!! i was on the phone 40 mins to him and he was v v rude and aggressive towards me i wrote 2 letters to them but no reply now thers a thought!!! so i changed my supplier and will NEVER go back to them.
