Bought 2 sofas (urbino in flat weave taupe) from M&S in May 2008, within 12 weeks they had started to fall apart and go bobbly - a man came out and agreed with me, i was sent replacement cushions but they didnt match in colour. They then agreed to send me replacement sofas, which arrived damaged. On complaining M&S agreed to send me more replacement sofas which were also damaged. Asked for refund which was agreed but it took five weeks of constant ringing to get it. I have had no apology, in fact they have ignored my letters, despite sending 3 letters of complaint. I would never deal with this company again - the quality of their furniture is terrible and their customer service dept have no idea how to deliver good customer service.
