First of all i am rating it as 1 star because it wont allow you to rate it as zero, which is what i really think of this dump.

After booking to go to John Fowler, St Ives Holiday village a few weeks later I decided to read some reviews, well i only wish i had done this before i booked because when i got there all my fears were confirmed.
I arrived at 2pm and just drove into the park for a look as we couldn't book in until 4pm, my wife was nearly sick at what she seen, the kids enthusiam just faded away upon seeing the place.

How on earth this place wasn't shut down 30 years ago i will never know, its is absolutely the dirtiest, dampest, darkest place imaginable, we drove straight out of the park without booking in to find other accomadation, bearing in mind this was bank holiday weekend everything was full.

So 4pm arrived and we checked in, Oh my god what an absolute hell hole, these chalets really aren't fit for dogs to stay in, i was frightened to touch anything, the smell was so fousty i was constantly heaving.

We knew we had to stay a night at least so we went to reception to get the remote for the tv and the queue there was huge, yes these were all people complaining about their accommodation, at least 8 different parties were complaining, so we headed off to Tesco to get some febreze and bleach etc to try and make the place habitable for the night.

We went back up to reception at 4pm on the Saturday 29th August another load of arrivals were checking in, so we stayed and watched as they left with their keys for the accommodation, within minutes they were ALL coming back to complain, we sat there listening to everyone complaing and we were watching how well trained the staff are at just palming you off, there were mentions of the staff having to call rentokil to sort one persons problems out, so i cant imagine what the problem was , I dread to think, I just cant emphasise enough how much you should avoid this place, it is absolutely filthy, and nobody cares at all.
