Booked car in May,paid a deposit, recieved car retal voucher, went to pick up car gozo, no car! agent in gozo rang whoever to be told Cartrawler had sent e-mail informing me no cars available, strange Cartrawler still has my deposit, and there is no evidence of an e-mail whatsoever, requested my deposit back, no reply requested again today 30 08 09 lets see what happens

My opinion of Cartrawler is unfortunately unprintable and its a pity there are no minus stars.
