Dolphin Bathrooms have been the single worst experience of my life.

Work began in March 2009 and has so far been attended by 5 separate fitting teams and STILL remains incomplete.

AS I WRITE THIS REVIEW MY BATHROOM FLOOR HAS A FLOOD 20MM DEEP WHERE THE WET-ROOM WATER WON"T DRAIN.

Sub-contracted fitters complain of not getting paid on time and hence offer no quality in workmanship. Dolphin have cause far more damage to the rest of my property in the process to the tune of several thousand pounds.

One Project Manager confessed to me that the company have a series of "fobbing-off strategies" that they tell customers to explain their mistakes. How can you possibly explain mistakes that have caused a small bathroom fit to run 6 months over schedule.
