I would NOT recommend this insurance company to anybody at all. My car was hit in a private car park when I was not even in my car. Direct Line are very argumentative on the phone and have advised me that there's a "high chance i will loose my claim". They say this even though I have photos and emails from the guy who hit me. The after sales team seem to have no interest in helping the customer and are extremely unhelpful.
