Marsa Alam aka hotel from hell, the staff are rude and ignorant,food is bland,tasteless and repetitive and if you don't speak italian your in the minority.this is advertised as a 4star its more like a 2,we have stayed ai before but have never had such bad service or lack of it!no waiter service at pool or restraunt for drinks,drinks are served in vending machine plasic cups during day,no hot water for showers,tiles around pool sharp,rooms need updating i could go on but won't.
