waste of time.!!! ordered new leather sofas beginning of june 2009, its now end aug and still no sofas, had phone call monday to say sofas were arriving 2day, called shop yesterday to arrange time for delivery & was told my new sofas wern't on the lorry. i'm sat here on the floor (because i got rid of my old sofas)& was told my sofa order would now be another 3 weeks. so so angry, shop manager completely useless so i've now asked for a refund & been told 10 days for a cheque form head office, even though sofas were paid cash.. very very angry i've wasted all this time & now have to start looking for new sofas again.
