I pay standing charge of £45 a month, so my annual bill is about £540.
I am now £719 in credit and they have not offered a refund or suggested that my monthly payments should be reduced. I think Atlantic Electric and Gas should do that automatically and not wait for me to ask for it. Meanwhile that have my money in their bank account!

I found this review very helpful because... I am £274 in credit with gas account. I pay DD £34 per month and estimated bills are hundreds of units above m actual reading. I provide regular readings, which are completely ignored. I phoned to claim refund TWICE and insisted a meter reader attend my property. Only 1 reading 2 years ago! No reader came and no refund has been made! They LIE to me. How do I get my money back? I use very little gas because I use a solid fuel boiler. If I change supplier will the new
supplier be able to transfer my credit from Atlantic to refund the gross overcharge to me?
