I have written a review before stating that I would recommend Emirates but I have since changed my mind. While the inflight service was good, and staff courteous I had trouble booking the complimentary limousine to Changi Airport in Singapore. Their office in Singapore was closed as it was a weekend and I had to make calls to Dubai at a much greater cost and this despite me having booked the service before fying out from London 2 weeks earlier. I ordered a main course on the leg from London to Dubai and they did not have it!! In first class? You've got to be kidding, when I complained I merely got an apology stating they load planes according to passengers. Fair enough but acceptable in economy but not first class. A small token from the airline with the apology would have made me happy but I got nothing so I am in serious doubt if I will use them again. Bear in mind that I flew first class so I dread to think what their economy service would be like.
