Had read mixed reviews about Jet2, so was hoping for a good journey but were prepared for a nightmare of an experience. The reality was thankfully the former. Yes both flights were delayed (outwards because of airport equipment failure, return due to air con problems), but found staff to be helpful, friendly and informative throughout. Seating on plane was very comfortable, plenty of room for 4 plus 2 kids to move around, although we did pay for extra leg room on 3 seats. Didn't buy food, but options sounded good. Was it value for money? Well, I'm not going to complain about the cost, but always nice when things are cheaper!
