Did an order online for a reserve and pick up, even rang them to make sure the stock was in and they said yes. When got there, not only was item not put to one side for us, they didn't even have it in stock. And trying to get a member of staff to help no chance, stood waiting about for one member of staff to finish on the phone what sounded like a personal call. She still didn't put phone down, got someone to sort it about 10 mins later. As we were leaving B&Q she was still on the phone, some of them need lessons in customer service. B&Q Hull Stoneferry.
