Appalling customer service! So relieved that it is not just me to recieve this from NatWest. Charged £38 TWICE for going over overdraft facility. Not told of these charges when opening account-have just been advised on phone that they are in welcome pack and that NatWest "Do not discuss these when opening account as too many different charges to go through"!! Also while in the branch today paying money in om 2 occasions to rectify situation was TWICE offered NatWest credit card for "when in situations like this"! What a way to deal with a new customer- a customer for life? I think not!
