on 26june 09 i rang the derby phone number to arrange for a salesmam to call and see me he did that same night, where i orderd a kitchen. deliverd 4jul09 to be fitted on july 13 when my fitter came thats when parts were found to be missing rang rock solid they noted parts missing said they take up to 21days rang twice more that week told same as before, so i rang the salesman he came round on 25jul09 i explained problem said would be sorted monday. i paid him a further £180 for two extra cupboards which not got and no reply to letters phone calls i would never recomend rock solid im a disabled person who saved hard to get that money im not happy at the way ive been ripped off. it wasnt till last week that i found out the derby number you first ring put you over to rock solid so this number should be investigated along side rock solid and are still advertiseing mfi kitchens to this day 28aug09
