I joined ioffer 3 years ago and bought some 10 ipod nanos that were never sent to me. 1600 dollars down the drain. They told me to contact paypal.
I started using ioffer again about 3 months ago and put up several cell phones and sold 1. Then all of a sudden I noticed that my items were not showing up anymore. I would go on ioffer as a guest and try to find my cell phones and they simply did not show up. I also could not list items or delete items. Most of the functions in my account did not work. I sent in a help ticket to the so-called ioffer customer service and they did not respond. After two weeks I sent another. After two more weeks another. And after more weeks asked them why they were not responding or helping me. Still no response after 2 months. My account still remains non-functionable. I can see that they have read the tickets because it shows as "read" by ioffer. I just don't understand those guys over there. I surely don't recommend ioffer.
