absolutely appalled with virgin active went into the club to find out when my contract was due to end and was told june, when in actual fact it was due to end in feb. it was only when i rang out of the blue that i was told that my diamond membership had been rolled over for a further twelve months!! all this after being given false information by a member of staff. no help from the staff even rang head office to no avail. when contract now ends in feb 2010 will never go back and would never recommend virgin active to anyone!!!! all this when bearing in mind i had followed my original gym enquiry with regards to ny membership in january........... made to feel like a liar ps for all members check ur contracts yourself and dont rely on any staff ......!!!!!
