35 years no claims and not even a speeding ticket. Bumped another car which Saga paid out £338 for. Although I still have 60% NCB they have hiked up my renewal price from £286 to £705.96.
I phoned to complain but they never got back to me as promised. Have also written but no reply. I won't be taking out their insurance or renewing all my other insurances with them. I am now hearing from other friends who have had the same experience. Saga obviously don't give a damn about their older customers as they like to portray.
