Eharmony is absolutely the worst concept put forward in dating ever. I paid a fortune to have a years worth of matches and not one of the ladies they have matched me with is remotely attractive. I can afford to be picky, I work out, I am a very successful international businessman who has great success with women.
Not only did the customer service team refuse to give me a refund, they could not put me with anyone who came even close to what i was looking for. You have no control over how many "matches" you get, no control over the quality that you get,
If I could give it ZERO stars I would
