Avoid Duvet & Pillow Warehouse at all costs! I recently purchased some pillows from them that smelled of mould. Returning the pillows proved very difficult, as D&PW took weeks to dispatch a courier. Worse yet, after returning the pillows, I have yet to receive replacements despite frequent emails to D&PW customer service.
