Arrived 50 minutes early going but unfortunately engine problems on return and 28 hour delay hence only 4 stars. However must compliment the Handling staff at Zante for keeping the passengers informed of reason for delay and the steps being taken to rectify the problem-with safety paramount. Given snack at airport initially and when fault identified replacent aircraft on way following day. We were bused to a hotel and dinner/breakfast provided, following day ten Euros for lunch and coaches to take us to a local resort.
Free drinks on return flight. Although some pasengers complained in my view we were kept informed and looked after well considering the short time to arrange and large number of people to accomodate. Well done Thomas Cook
