Ive been billed by scottish power for a meter thats not even mine,so we phoned them and they said an engineer will be round to sort the problem out AND IN THE MEAN TIME THE BILL IS FROZEN. That was in june and now its august and still no one has came round and the bills still keep coming.WARNING TO ANYONE WHO IS THINKING ABOUT USING SCOTTISH POWER THINK TWICE.

    For problems try - chiefexecutivecomplaints@scottishpower.com Directors support team ( customer.servicesdirector@scottishpower.co.uk)This worked for me in the end after several months. Try Energy watch to fight your corner although in my case this did not make much difference. Just remember if you are right do not pay them to get rid of the problem & spread the word.
