CHEAPEST IS DEFINATELY NOT ALWAYS BEST: Avoid this company like the plague. Booked car hire for Munich airport. When we arrived we found out that the rental office was 15 mins away, 3 kids under 4 in tow this was not the best news. We waited half an hour for a transfer then couldnt all fit in. Complete nightmare, in the end it took us over 2 and a half hours to get the car. At no point on the bboking or confirmationdid it state that the rental office was off airport. When I returned I complained to Car Trawler but they just ingnore all emails and state that they have no other way of communication. It is by far the worst customer service I have ever come accross. I just wish I had read reviews before I booked.
