Have been with Lloyds for over 40 years and had internet banking for a number of years with no problem.

Until now, my wife and I are locked out of the internet banking and to get in have to pass all details over the phone, name dob, account, credit card, security numbers, etc. to prove who we are for security.

I will not give this over the phone, the bank will not do it as it ios not them.

time to change banks?
