Of all the online banking system used, see below, Nationwide is clear and easy to use and my favourite.
The look and feel has remained largely the same for many years, and have slowly introduced and improved the look and feel overall

I find it clear and concise and easy to get to the options i want, setting various options like DD or transfers are simple and hassle free, and have no issues with transferring to and from internal external accounts.

I admit the setup was a hassle, 7/8 years ago when online banking was in its infancy. Would of thought that was eliminated/reduced by now.
And with the introduction of card readers have slowed things down a bit and has made it awkward to do online banking abroad if you forget to take the card reader with you (thank god the banks use same types of readers so only need to take one)

Other online banking used:
Halifax - relatively easy to sign up for, but confusing and not intuitive to use (too much going on?), looks like very dated and clunky too.
NatWest - only recently, within last 2/3? years has been better, much better than Halifax.
