My daughter also had her phone stolen whilst at the swimming baths. Despite cctv evidence of suppicious activity and reporting the theft to the police. Fonesafe said that as my daughter had not been in possession of her phone whilst in the baths that we could not claim. The insurance was taken out at the time the Phone was bought from T-Mobile in Widnes only because the salesman assured us that we would be covered under all eventualities. What a laugh (at my expense). I believe that I have been mis-sold this insurance by the salesman. I now have a contract that runs for another 11 months and no phone.
