I brought a cross trainer from uk sports and im amazed at how bad this company operate. The 1st machine was delivered and broke on the 3rd time i used it, the machine BH OCEAN PROGRAM G-2345 are built by a spanish firm, i emailed the company to complain and rang them, eventually i was sent a spare part that sat next to my machine for 2 weeks whilst a engineer was found. The machine lasted another two workouts and has broken again. Today i recieved a new machine i spent two hours putting it to-gether just to find yep you got it this ones also broke. I am sending it straight back demanding a refund and spending my money else where. I would not touch this company again........... I have reported them to trading standards..........you have been warned.
