AVOID! Absolutely atrocious service from furniture at work. After speaking to someone on the phone before purchasing to verify next day delivery, bearing in mind this was for items from their 24 hour express range, I was left without any office furniture for 3 days because items were not in stock. After several phone calls and complaints to managers, I was told that it would be a week before all the items (from the 24 hour express range) that I ordered would be sent out to me.
Eventually part of the order arrived. I wish it never had, the quality of the furniture is appalling.
I am still trying to get the furniture returned and my money refunded. Each time I phone I am told that they will get back to me shortly to confirm the pickup and refund. It has been a week so far and I have had no reply to any of my emails.
