DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH ecampus.com!! I made a big mistake giving this web site a try. The ecampus.com web site is confusing and misleading. Unbeknownst to me, I ordered the student manual instead of the textbook. I called the customer service number when I received it, and was given NO help by the customer "service" representative who took my call. When I asked to speak with a manager, she told me none was available and that I would have to e-mail the "Feedback" feature on the web site. How nice and personal and responsive. Ha! They also cheated me on the shipping cost. I paid $22.97 for overnight shipping, but it took two days to get the order. Despite the ecampus.com claim that books ordered before 11:00 a.m. Eastern time will be shipped the same day, they refused to refund me the difference in cost between one day and two day shipping, using semantics to justify ripping me off, since the web site says something like "when available" books will be shipped the same day. Based on my very unsatisfactory experience, it looks like ecampus.com is simply out to rip people off. For sure they do not care about their customers or the way they do business. e-campus.com took me for 60 bucks. STAY AWAY from ecampus.com or you'll be sorry!!!
