on arrival at hotel the wardrobe door fell on my foot and it was badly bruised ,when I told the Thomas Cook Rep it was treated as a joke and advised to see my Dr.when we got home .the freezer broke in our apartment and she did nothing about it and we lost all our food ,spent a miserable week with bad brusing on my foot ,when we complained to thomas cook was told the Rep said the door almost hit my foot ,so why see a doctor ??? this was the first time with thomas cook and will never book with them again ,it was 3* haha almost .more like a housing estate with a swimming pool in the middle quite good at taking your money but no good at helping .also their holidays are a lot more expensive than other travel companys .never again !!
