Not much to rate or hate about Avis. We got a car upgrade which was nice but made little difference, and had a problem finding the car at Skavsta airport because the reservation desk is in the terminal and the car was in a multistory car park which the rep just waved a hand vaguely at. Only other thing is the usual slight concern about additional insurance policies, charges for child seats, and a cost for re-fuelling the car even though the tank was 90% full - unles the petrol station is literally next door they are always going to have the chance to sting you on this one.
Overall it was a good service, and small airport syndrome meant no queing.
